Pumpkin bars
I can't take too much credit for this creation other than just baking it.
Its another great item from our favorite store, Trader Joes.
These pumpkin bars are a cross between a chocolate chip blondie and a not too sweet pumpkin bread. Kinda brilliant for this time of year.
They were super simple to make and the friends that I brought them too loved them. It went in a basket of all pumpkin goodies for my friends who just had a 2nd baby - a lil pumpkin, if you will.
