Peachy keen treat

I am not a pie person, but when I saw this recipe I thought these are gonna be great. My friend turned me on to a blog Amy's healthy baking where this gem came from. I highly recommend checking out the blog for other tasty treats too.
This one is really a great summer cookie.
The whole family and we managed to share with some friends too gobbled them up. Could be fun to change up the fruit depending on the season - fall use apples.
