Simple fruit dessert

For 'make something Monday' from this cute Summer plan here, try this simple, sweet dessert. Its great next time you want some fruit, but in a new way.

Ingredients:

Cut up cantaloupe
Roasted coconut chips - Trader Joes makes the best
Greek yogurt -whatever kind you like 


Just plate up a some of the fruit, top with a few tbsp. yogurt and sprinkle coconut chips on top.
Its crunchie, sweet, but not over the top sweet healthy dessert treat.
