Time for a different kind of snack

My friend shared this recipe a few years back and its a great one. If you are looking for something different than the same ol same ol you have to try this.

Ingredients
1 15oz. can chickpeas ( garbanzo beans)
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp sea salt
3/4 garlic powder
1/8 tsp cayenne (optional)
Preheat oven to 375
Drain and rinse chickpeas
Let them dry out for at least 1 hour, the drier the crunchier they will turn out. I poured them out on a thick layer of paper towel.
After drying toss all ingredients into a bowl and toss all together.
Spread out on baking sheet.
Bake 45-50 min until brown but watch over the last 10 min to make sure they don't burn.
Stir half way through.
Remove from oven can serve immediately or store in air tight container for a few days. I dare you though since they are a quite a hit.
