Get grilling

Yes, its that time again, time to grill. In our house we love everything grilled, from veggies, meats even some fruits.
Here is a tried and true turkey burger recipe. And yes, no more dry or tasteless turkey burgers with this one. 

Ingredients:
1 1/4lb lean ground turkey
1/8 c. coconut aminos
1 orange juiced
1 tsp crushed garlic
1/4 c. parsley  chopped
1 pinch of salt and pepper

Work in all together but don't over work.
Shape into patties and I always put a lil indent in the middle to help cook them evenly and not bubble up. Grill until firm, about 5 min then flip and cook a few more min until done.
 Serve with grilled veggies, and brown rice. Super simple but definitely tasty.
