Green mango monster smoothie

You have to try this 'it will remind you of a tropical vacation' smoothie.
It has added benefits with vitamin packed veggies, fruit and ginger which helps things that ail you. We have been sneaking in ginger lately as I have had a houseful of sickie boys. Such a great warming lil bite that can be added to smoothies, juices and teas....just a little. 

Ingredients:
1 c. coconut water
1 cup frozen or fresh spinach
1 c. frozen or fresh mango
2 tbsp fresh lime juice
1 tsp minced fresh ginger
4-5 ice cubes


Blend all together in blender until smooth. Take a sip and think ahhhh Maui!
