Who doesn't love a little pumpkin bread? Well, I didn't used to but I have to say over the years it has grown on me. And who doesn't love an easy treat when Trader Joes makes it fool proof - their Pumpkin bread mix. I just sub pumpkin for the oil and egg whites instead of eggs. I bake it up in little loaf pans (from Williams Sonoma years ago) and the perfect ghost pan (I don't have clue when and where I got it, I've had it that long) that is just perfect this time of year. Following the directions on the box. Bake about 15 min at 350 degrees, test the middle to ensure cooked all the way through. 
Another fun Trader Joes item is their Halloween House. Think gingerbread house for Halloween. It was a perfect activity to do with my son. It gave him a chance to get creative with all the candy...who knew candy bones looked right on a roof.
