Pumpkin breakfast cookies

If you are a oatmeal breakfast kind of person, love all things pumpkin and wish you could have cookies for breakfast this is for you! These gluten free oatmeal pumpkin cookies are perfect the breakfast this time of year.
Ingredients:
2 c. gluten free oats
1 c. pumpkin puree
1/4 c. agave
1/4 c. sunflower seed butter (or whatever nut butter you like)
1/2 c. flax seeds
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Line baking sheet with parchment paper and spray with coconut oil spray
In medium bowl mix all ingredients together, mixing well.
Measure out 1/4 c. portions and form into cookie shape and place on baking sheet.
Bake 10-12 min
