Pumpkins have it - Vegan pumpkin bars

Hard to believe that its October already! Not quite cool Fall weather here in the South Bay but seeing pumpkins everywhere is getting me in the Fall mood. Time to decorate for Halloween, visit a pumpkin patch or two and make some treats. One of the best parts of the weekend was watching my son out cowebs while wearing a bat hat and listening to "somebody's watching me".
