One of my new favs @practicalpaleo_official. The Practical Paleo cookbook 2nd edition is a great resource for a customized approach to health and a whole foods lifestyle. Definitely recommend getting a copy. These souvlaki kabobs are restaurant worthy (maybe not a perfect Insta worthy pic, but I'll be making this on repeat so time to perfect). tumeric in the marinade and I love cooking with tumeric for its health benefits, largely due to its curcumin content. Turmeric is often credited with these benefits: fighting inflammation, an antioxidant, protects the heart in various ways, helpful for arthritis, brain boosting and may be helpful for fighting diabetes and cancer. Sounds like a winner to me!
