Zoodles pls

March makes me think that spring is just around the corner. I tend to think spring, green, new things blooming and and for me to try to get veggies into our meals in new ways. I love using my spiralizer, check out my Paderno one here. From zucchini noodles to spiral-cut bell peppers to apple ribbons! Healthy eating has never been easier! So easy with a semi soft veggie like a zucchini to make curly like strands and to get a large volume, oodles of zoodles. Cook them up  by heat 2 tsp olive oil in a pan, add zoodles; saute until heated through 1-2 min. Season to taste with sea salt and pepper. Top with fav sauce and you have a new means to get your veggies. Enjoy!
