Ginger tea please

My favorite makes-me-feel-good tea has become an everyday thing of goodness. Thank you @calikimia_ for introducing me to this find! The tea is rich in ginger, Manuka honey, lemon juice.
How to - 1 large piece of ginger, skin off, juice of one lemon, 1 healing tbsp Manuka honey, 1 Asian pear cut in half. Place all in a saucepan, cover with water, bring to a boil then reduce to summer for 20min, serve and store remainder in glass container. It is high in gingerol, a substance with powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. I love making this tea for when there is a sick one at home, make a big batch and serve it throughout the day(s).  Its also great just to keep your immunity strong. We are about to travel, first trip of the summer so good to ensure good health going into it. I've been adding a bit to my son's smoothies as an additional boost to his daily elderberry. Serving it up cold today. What home remedies to you like to keep you in good health?
Enjoy!
