Sweet good beans

After being away on vacation I've been trying to get organized to get back into the swing of a big week, getting into our summer schedule and me back to work and all. This means some kitchen prep. Besides my meal plan for the week I made some snacks for my post camper's hunger will be covered.
I usually make these beans a savory treat, but this time changed it up to make them sweet.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Ingredients:
1- 15oz can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
1 tbsp coconut oil melted and cooled
1/2 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 tsp cinnamon
1 pinch fleur de sel
Take drained beans and lay out on paper towel to dry out, 1 hr. The drier the bean the crunchier they will turn out
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl
Mix with a spoon to ensure all beans are coated with mixture
Pour onto baking sheet that has been sprayed with coconut oil spray
Bake for 40-45 min
Stir half way through.
Let cool for 15-20 min. Serve immediately or store in airtight container.

Enjoy!
