
Some days I like to keep it simple for my son's breakfasts and toasts are the best. Yes, from avocado, to salmon or almond butter we dress it up. This one is on brown rice bread, raw almond butter with hemp seed or better known as hearts (Hemp Seed from Trader Joes) with a few berries too. I like to add in the hemp seeds for their mild, nutty flavor and health benefits. Technically a nut, hemp seeds are very nutritious. Excellent source of essential fatty acids including Omega 3, 6 and GLA (gamma-linolenic acid) in the perfect balance. More digestible protein than meat, whole eggs, cheese, human milk, cows milk or any other high protein food.
